1. General Service Description
Coalville Leaflet Distribution provides design, print, and distribution services. Specific conditions and limitations of these services are detailed in our Design, Print & Distribution Policy.
2. User Account and Access
Currently, users cannot self-create an account and must be 18 years or older. Accounts are created upon request to Coalville Leaflet Distribution. Future updates may include self-account creation with additional verifications.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use the copyright for any materials uploaded or provided to Coalville Leaflet Distribution. Uploading illegal content, content that infringes on intellectual property rights, or adult content is strictly prohibited. Users must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding content standards and intellectual property rights.
4. Payment & Refund Terms
All payments for services are required in advance. Specific payment and refund terms related to our services are detailed in our Design, Print & Distribution Policy.
5. Termination of Use
Coalville Leaflet Distribution reserves the right to freeze a user's account for violations of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to inappropriate use of the site, abusive behavior, or uploading prohibited content. In the event of an account freeze, users will be informed of this action upon their next login attempt with a notification stating: "This account has been frozen, please contact Coalville Leaflet Distribution for more information." The frozen account will have access to the client area revoked until the issues are resolved. The process for resolution and further actions, including potential account reactivation or permanent deletion, will be in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
